RETURN POLICY

We have a hassle free returns policy, and we accept returns for any reason - sizing, color, or if you've simply changed your mind.
However, we can only offer you a store credit if you return the item for the above reasons and that the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

The store credit will be provided in the form of a online code that can be used at checkout online. You do not have to use the full value all at once, and the code is valid during all sales and promotions online. The store credit will not expire.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the package delivery date. You must contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it explaining why you want to return the garment, and we will let you know how to proceed. 

We do not accept returns on underwear for any reason.

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it explaining the fault. We will deem the item faulty at our discretion. If you have misused the item, or not followed the care instructions then you will not be eligible to claim the item as faulty.

If your item is indeed faulty, we can repair or exchange it for you, offer you a refund of the original purchase price, or offer you a store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

This policy applies to all national and international orders.
