explaining the fault. We will deem the item faulty at our discretion. If you have misused the item, or not followed the care instructions then you will not be eligible to claim the item as faulty. If your item is indeed faulty, we can repair or exchange it for you, offer you a refund of the original purchase price, or offer you a store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. This policy applies to all national and international orders.
